A like-for-like combi boiler swap usually takes one to two days. Moving the boiler or converting from a system or regular boiler to a combi can take longer, and we'll give you a clear timescale with your quote.
A power flush pumps cleaning chemicals through your radiators and pipework at high flow to clear out sludge and rust. It's often recommended before a new boiler is fitted, or when radiators stay cold at the bottom.
We check each gas appliance and flue in the property, test the gas pipework for leaks and record the results on a landlord gas safety record, often called a CP12. You must give your tenants a copy within 28 days of the check.
